I have a very public story to disclose to the public which includes the media. First off, I am re-signed up as a client in San Bernardino and San Bernardino is my hometown. So this story is going to unfold from this location. Next thing you should know is that I am a former FAP Client back in 2006 and 2007 when this letter created from Dr. Howard Newsome. I have re-established case management services with a very very specific target agenda. The bottom line, to re-assert my rights as a citizen of the United States who has been on disability since 2000 and that my rights as a person with disability has been violated in and throughout my case management [ history ] from when I was first diagnosed with HIV in September 1999 and AIDS Symptomatic at my first positive test with a T-Cell count of 156. There is an agenda to suppress the rights of persons with disabilities within the Ryan White Agency of service providers that must terminate immediately. My case management now based once again from San Bernardino California [ my hometown ] where I was forced to relocate after events in 2005 and 2006 in Oakland which led to the writing of this mental health advocacy letter from Dr. Howard Newsome. I DEMAND SOME ATTENTION TO MATTERS OF GRAVE CONCERN overall individually and dynamically cross-regions Oakland, Inland Empire, and Denver Colorado to which my entire case management history and my perspective of failed case managements after failed case managements have occurred. This time, there is no turning back to actually empower, enable, reinforce, and return to the proper case management duties that I demand in my case and to be restructured to place my case as an example of what not to do --- and to take my case --- force it upward beyond regional case management focus up into Ryan White Care policy and doc and to establish standards that allow HIV persons [ as persons with disabilities ] to enforce their rights as persons living in our society as per the CONVENTION of the UNITED NATIONS and that CONVENTION that occurred in 2009. Furthermore, I am here writing this first time public address to the offenses that have occurred in my case management are in fact documented online and are not going anywhere. They are also cross tagged referenced to Metta World Peace [ A Current Basketball Player on Team Lakers and Magic Johnson [ Former Team Member of The Lakers ] and also his HIV issues organization of Magic Johnson Foundation, Also these issues are cataloged under the # topics keys of #HereForYou and #HereForYouNow --- #ConspiracyExposed --- among others where #HereForYou is the public awareness campaign currently [ 4 months or so old ] sponsored by InstaGram, Facebook, and NAMI for the public awareness of mental illness. My CASE MUST BE ADDRESSED AS PERSON CENTERED / CLIENT CENTERED / PATIENT CENTERED and what this means of changing case management as per the status quo from what is considered "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" Case Management to "Conflict Of Interest Free / Person Centered" that must be addressed and transgress into the Ryan White Care Restructured Policy --- because IT IS IMPORTANT --- BECAUSE LIVES MATTER --- and because with the #BlackLivesMatter #PoliceLivesMatter #AllLivesMatter --- #PWALivesMatter #PersonsLivingWithHivAidsLivesMatter #PersonsWithDisabilitiesLivesMatter and there is no other choice but to ABSOLUTELY DO THE MORALLY TRUTHFUL RIGHT THING HERE and ABANDON THE PROCESS to which I am a victim to case history and I have other persons [ client of Denver CAP ] under my wing also being place downward not upward under named of my network #Kramobone-The.Good and this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and cannot be ignored, shuffled down to nothingness ---for that is a pathway to suicide for the minority of clients that must be acknowledged and serviced properly. So I have this friend who I have known since I was in junior high and is also still a Facebook friend of mine today James Driskill. He's openly Gay, liberal and highly intelligent. He was a mentor to me in technology when I was a young aspiring computer programmer. He worked in the library system in San Bernardino California and I practically lived at each of the five branches they had at that time, signing up for computer access. Every day after school, until my time expired by someone else needing to use a computer booted me off, I would then hop onto the city bus to the next branch, until it closed and even sometimes sneaked in to the local community college after hours, to use those machines until school started the next day. Anyway my friend had a boyfriend who died of AIDs years back, He now has AIDS and is a shadow of the person he used to be, homeless (with a car right now) and being technologically savvy, ranting all over Facebook every chance he gets about how the world has done him wrong. I have several friends with parents who have come out as gay who have later died of AIDs and currently have friends who are gay some of which still haven't come out but most have. Just for the record I am not gay. I have observed the lifestyle for myself for years and have NEVER personally seen a gay relationship last, or any part of it end in anything other than tragic. I don't hate people for being gay. I am concerned for them thinking that it is, what it is not. Love. Heterosexual (straight) activity is not love either. Love requires no physical or sexual contact what so ever. I am anti gay because of my personal experience through people I have known through out my entire life who are my friends. I have known people who have changed from being gay to straight, and vice versa, and find it to be more choice than matter of fact as some claim it is. Just as some have started bad habits like smoking and drinking, that some later overcome, I feel a desire to help those to change a homosexual lifestyle as well, be encouraging them to see with their eyes the reality of the lifestyle. Look for examples of lasting relationships that they know personally, not just those that seem good on TV or in movies because we all know that media is not what it seems, but we allow media to shape our personal lives too much. I see no reason to be proud of being gay. To me it's like being proud of being a smoker, or an alcoholic, or a foul mouthed free speech American. I'm proud to be a American, but i'm more proud to be Conservative American. Conservative in speech, dress, and thought. Some may claim to be conservative, but they speak more liberally than a Hollywood porn star!. Sure you are free to do dumb things in a free country, but it is not always the smartest or healthiest, or at a minimum, best example to our youth. Far too many people don't speak up about things to help others become better, citing it's none of their business, but it's everyone business. I don't advocate hate against smokers, alcoholics, foul mouthed, or gay people. I don't believe any of those things deserve a special day of celebration, or congratulatory call from the president for coming out or anything either. I do think that traditional values should be celebrated. How about a HETERO-Pride-Day? Are you ALIVE today because you were born? Thank a Heterosexual! I say these things because we are all children of God and I care about all of you. God bless you all.
